VI. Neither party is entitled to modify, revise or rescind any clauses stipulated in the contract without the opposing party's prior consent. If either party modify, revise or rescind the contract on its own decision, the opposing party is privileged to reject such modification/revision/rescission and to request such party to compensate all the loss caused thereby.

Article 6 Neither Party shall, save and expect with the prior consent of the other Party, change, modify or terminate any terms made hereunder. In the event that a Party change, modify or terminate any terms hereunder without the other Party's prior consent, the other Party shall has the right to refuse and to claim for all losses suffered by it.

七、其它未尽事项，以中华人民共和国《合同法》为准

Article 7 In the event of any other matters not provided herein, the provisions in the Contract Law of the Peoples Republic of China shall prevail.
