Kumon Gives You Confidence
ENROLLED IN PRESCHOOL
Kumon has made me confident in school!
“I have been at Kumon for five years now – since pre-school! I know that Kumon is the reason that maths is so easy for me at school. It is tough doing it everyday, sometimes I need Mum to give me a push but I am very confident in my abilities.”
Peter is in fact three years above his grade level in mathematics at school. The simple, time effective, daily study method of Kumon is the key to studying beyond grade level. Apart from Kumon, Peter loves sport, especially tennis where he plays for a tennis club regularly. He also plays the cello and piano! Its amazing that Peter can fit in so many interests but he knows that regular practice and hard work in anything will allow him to manage his time and achieve his goals.
Kumon has made him more independent with study!
Peter’s mum says, “He is such an active child that I need to give him a lot to do to keep him quiet! Kumon has been great for him, I like the repetition in the programme and believe that this method has made him more independent with his study. He enjoys maths and loves a challenge, Kumon allows him to continually be challenged as he comes across work he hasn’t even seen in school yet.”
Peter's mum also says that she would tell any parent to enrol their child in Kumon as it is extremely worthwhile. She enrolled Peter in pre-primary after a friend’s daughter began working for Kumon as an assistant.
Peter is very disciplined and has great support from his parents!
Peter’s Supervisor says, “Peter attends class regularly and never fails to do his homework. He is very disciplined and has great support from his parents. Peter showed signs of excelling with his Kumon soon after enrolling. He was determined to do well and interested in achieving the advanced awards offered at Kumon. He was always excited to start new work. Peter has had to do 4-5 repetitions on some of his advanced work, but it has not slowed down his progress. It has allowed him to master all areas of work, thus preparing him for future concepts.”
