要求男性,计算机本科以上学历,25~30岁之间
工作经验要求:
1. Must be able to speak English fluently
2. Must have excellent organizational and customer service skills
3. Telephone manners must be exceptional
4. Team player
5. Experience with Microsoft Office, Windows XP and an email program (preferably Lotus Notes) is mandatory.
6. Experience with hardware and connectivity software (eg. dialup, VPN, etc) is also mandatory
7. Being familiar with ERP systems (eg. MFG/PRO) and other applications used by company (eg. Minitab, etc) is preferred.
8. Must be able to travel to the US.
工作职责:
The job function is as a Help Desk technician. He will be expected to be at his desk for most of his working day. He will be responsible primarily for supporting users system applications, normally done remotely via telephone.

这个职位有所变动喔,如果是计算机专业毕业,有1~2年技术支持工作经验的,英文听说流利的也可以,不过薪水没有那么高了,但是也不会低于5K [M05] |
