"English Group"膏膏基金奖惩处！

1、Fund Name："English Group" GLG Fund
2、Fund Purpose：Penalizing the classmates who use Chinese word in the Group，and Awarding the classmates who often speak english in the Group.
3、Fund Account：Every classmate transfer 100 GLGs into the fund account
4、Fund Rewards&Punishment Statute：
If some one break the rule (using chinese), It will deduct 20 GLGs from his Fund Account every time.
The GLGs deducted will be shared by the other classmates who are online and take part in the english discussing.
Attention: if some one didn't say any word during that period, he has no rights of sharing the GLGs.
5、The Fund would be kept by this ID.No appropriating.
