Responsibilities:
1.National Brand Management
- Utilize marketing competency and expertise from past experience.
- Distill & articulate key brand and commercial issues with different levels of staff
- Identify key opportunities for commercial growth
-Manage discussion forum with different stake holders in formal and informal manner. Achieve desired outcome congruent to national agenda.
- Formulate national program for brand building
- Prioritize brand issues for local teams
- Clear and frequent communication with local teams
2. National Brand Plan document
- To collaborate with cluster brand teams to write the national brand plan
- Lead the formulation of ATL & BTL activities based on budget.
- To develop sponsorship platforms
- Exercise P&L awareness; knowledge of key P&L drivers
- Develop brand visibility and POS
- Build up brand image building to push the sales.
3.Formulate National Sponsorship Program
- To build brand awareness through suitable sponsorship platform
- Create memorable brand experiences
- Evaluate effectiveness and options
4. To ensure that all marketing activities are effectively executed
- Liase closely with the cluster teams in arranging all promotional plans in order to achieve sales budget.
- Act as brand custodian
- Co-ordinate post-modem and evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign
5. Brand Owner Satisfaction
- Anticipate business and brand issues from brand owner’s point of view
- Manage brand owner to understand local issues
- Correspond frequently and with confidence to address issues on behalf of local teams
