红豆沙:本以为会很难,但却在无意中让我发现一个较简单的做法,结果比想象中的好吃很多 [M44]
1. 300克红豆加水泡,最少三个小时,我泡了一个晚上.吸收了足够的水份,才比较容易煮烂.
2. 泡好的红豆加1000克的水,100克的冰糖,大火煮开,煮开后改小火煮一个小时,大概30分钟后就要不停地搅拌,因为随时都有糊掉的可能,特别是到最后,水差不多干了,就更要不停的搅.(水一定要一次加够,尽量让红豆沙收干水)
3.放凉,加入10克的桂花蜜,放入搅拌机内搅至沙状,尽量打细,就吃不出豆皮了,口感很好.
[M24] 还好FEI不在,不然鼻子得冒烟了,去年她可是用了一个晚上做的红豆沙,累得半死. [M29]
